HOW TO USE

Stir a teaspoon (5g) of powder into approx 250ml of water, juice or blend in with your smoothie. For accelerated results, increase to 2-4 tspns daily.

Contains no added sweeteners or flavours. It has a very subtle, natural berry flavour, so it can be added into a variety of food or drinks.

Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
